Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they remain secure and undamaged during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
